Amy Jackson buys a row house in London

The stunning Amy Jackson, who was last seen in the Akshay Kumar flick Singh Is Bliing, has now purchased a row house in London. Terming the purchase as a 'spur-of-the-moment decision', she recalled as to how she landed up purchasing the house.

She said that while she was wandering around Notting Hill Market one day, she fell in love with the small colourful houses and enticing roads. She added that, even though the house is small, it's big enough for her and her dog. She also added that, while her parents would help her in doing the house, she wished to buy a house for her mother in the countryside, where she can keep all of her animals.

On the professional front, Amy Jackson will be seen in Robot 2.0 with the eternal superstar Rajnikanth and Ali with Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

R Madhavan joins hands with LEPRA India as a goodwill ambassador

R. Madhavan has decided to do his bit for the society and has joined hands with LEPRA India. The actor has been signed as the goodwill ambassador against leprosy.

Madhavan who is active on social media, took to Twitter to announce about his association with the non-profit organization as he added, "I am proud to be a #goodwillambassador for @LEPRAIndia spreading the word that leprosy is curable and no 1 needs to live with it." Further spreading awareness about the ailment he tweeted, "Leprosy can cause disability, poverty and prejudice when there's no need! #Leprosyiscurable. Join me in my #fight with @LEPRAIndia to #beatleprosy! It can be cured and treatment is #free! http://www.leprasociety.org/"

R. Madhavan was last seen in Saala Khadoos which also released in Tamil as Irrudi Suttru. The actor was also known for his role in the National award winning film Tanu Weds Manu Returns.

Madhuri Dixit to produce short films for the web

Even though Bollywood's evergreen 'dhak dhak' girl Madhuri Dixit may not be seen that often on silver screen as before, her charisma can be experienced on TV, wherein she played the 'role' of a judge in reality shows. The latest one being 'So You Think You Can Dance'.

Earlier, Madhuri Dixit had started off her online production venture by producing dance videos titled 'Dance With Madhuri'. Buoyed by the success of these videos, Madhuri Dixit will be now seen producing short films for the web.

While the details of the same are being awaited, you do watch this space for developments.

Omung Kumars next to be a psychological thriller

After the success of his recent release Sarbjit, director Omung Kumar has already moved onto his next venture. In fact we hear that the director is contemplating on making a psychological thriller as his next.

Commenting on the same, Omung Kumar added that though the film currently remains untitled, he has finished writing it and will most likely go on floors later this year. Further talking about the film, Kumar says that unlike his previous two films Mary Kom and Sarbjit, this psychological thriller will not be a female oriented film.

Geeta Basras baby shower to be held on June 4

Earlier we had reported that actress Geeta Basra had flown to London to spend quality time with her family during her pregnancy. Now, it seems that celebrations have started in full swing as a baby shower is being planned for the actress and her baby.

The said celebrations will be held in London along with her family. However, it seems that hubby Harbhajan Singh will not be able to attend the same. Since it is a ladies function, the cricketer may give this ceremony a skip. On the other hand, Geeta Basra is expected to return to India in October along with her new born.

Geeta Basra and Harbhajan Singh after dating for a few years tied the knot in October 2015. The duo had a lavish Punjabi style wedding in Jalandhar, Punjab.
